I’ll take any excuse to grow my collection of tabletop RPG books, so when I saw an ad for a subscription service that sends out a random RPG book every month I couldn’t help myself and subscribed on the spot. Follow along on my monthly blind-(book)box journey…for as long as I feel like shelling out.
Pathfinder Module: The Moonscar
This 2012 softcover adventure booklet (32pgs, color) for the Pathfinder RPG (1e) takes level 16 adventurers on a demon-slaying trip to the moon. Authored by Richard Pett; published by Paizo Publishing.
We like moons on this blog, and I will enjoy pillaging ideas from this module for use in future fantasy-in-space homebrew. A demon invasion via portals on the moon is an uncommon and intriguing premise. Unfortunately though, this one-shot booklet is a little too thin to be satisfying.
This month overall: ☹️ [A single, folio-size booklet isn’t quite enough.]
